• After devices connected , please operate as following:

  1 . Choose the HDMI input source devices output channel as HDMI .

  2 . Power on the converter, When it detects the correct HDMI signal , the LED will be blue , otherwise , it will be red.

  3 . If the input source HDMI resolution is compliant to the resolutions SDI

  display supported ,SDI signal can be output via SDI port , and it can be split

  into two SDI signal to connect to different SDI display simultaneously.

1. What about the lead time?

Basically speaking, if it is in stock, we ship the products within 3~5 working days after the deposit is confirmed. If not, the lead time depends.

 

2. How about the shipping?

When the package is small, we usually choose FedEx, DHL, TNT, and UPS and so on, while the goods have high weight and volume, we suggest using air or sea shipment.

 

3. How can I place an order?

(2) The Proforma invoice will be sent for confirmation.

(3) After the agreement on the proforma invoice, the customer makes the deposit.

(4) Manufacturing will be started as soon as the payment is confirmed by our bank.

4.No signal output after connecting as required?

(1)Check if the HDMI input source devices output channel

(2) Check if the HDMI resolution is compliant to the resolutions SDI display supported. ( For example:HDMI resolution 480p may not be identified by the SDI display or there may be no SDI out .

(3)Check whether the SDI ports of converter and SDI display are connected well .
