Media Converter

Media converter is a kind of network equipment that realizes bidirectional conversion between different transmission media (such as optical fiber and copper cable) or protocol (such as Ethernet and optical signal), and solves the "last mile" heterogeneous network interconnection problem through photoelectric conversion technology, typical applications include extending the transmission distance (copper cable to fiber can reach 100 kilometers), improving anti-interference ability (electromagnetic shielding in industrial scenarios) and old network transformation (coaxial cable fiber).
