Single Port 1550nm EDFA Amplifier

SOA1550 series is a CATV booster optical amplifier applied most commonly and widely compared with other optical amplifier in CATV system. Generally, fiber CATV system operates in single wavelength that has no strict requirement on gain flatness. This Single Port 1550nm EDFA Amplifier is featured with low NF, high-saturated output power. It is applicable for central bureau, sub-bureau and line relay, as well as other optical communication network. 

Features

Single Port 1550nm EDFA Amplifier adopts the world's top class pump laser and America OFS erbium-doped optical fiber. Perfect APC, ACC and ATC control, excellent design in the ventilation and heat-dissipation ensure the long life and high reliable work of pump laser. RS232 and RJ45 offer serial commutation and SNMP network management port. The LCD at the front panel offers the work index of all equipment and warning alarm. The laser will switch off automatically if optical power is missing, which offers security protection for the laser. All the optical port of optical amplifier can be installed in the front panel (also can be in the back panel if customers specify).

Warranty Term

SOA Series optical amplifiers are covered by TWO YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY, which starts from the initial date of your purchase. We provide its customer whole-life technical supports. If warranty is expired, repair service only charges parts (if required). In the event that a unit must be returned for service, before returning the unit, please be advised that:

1.Warranty mark pasted on the housing of unit must be in good conditions.

2.A clear and readable material describes model number, serial number and troubles should be offered.

3.Please pack the unit in its original container. If the original container is no longer available, please pack the unit in at least 3 inches of shock absorbing material.

NOTE: we do not assume responsibility for damage caused by improper packing of returned unit(s). The following situation is not covered by warranty: 1. The unit fails to perform because of operators’ faults. 2. Warranty mark is modified, damaged and/or removed. 3. Damage caused by Force Majeure. 4. The unit has been unauthorized alteration and/or repaired. 5. Other troubles caused by operators’ faults.
