GT1800 Optical Power Meter with VFL
GT1800 is an all-in-one device that integrates the functions of an optical power meter (OPM) and a visual fault locator (VFL). The device is equipped with two independent ports, an OPM port and a VFL port with a wavelength of 650nm, catering to different testing needs. Among them, OPM ports support a variety of common interface connections such as FC, ST, and SC, and if you need to connect to the LC interface, you need to reserve it in advance when placing an order. In addition, the device offers FM recognition, although this feature is optional. At the same time, the WEB test function is also available as an optional configuration for users to choose according to their needs.

The GT1800 series STN LCD display has a wide viewing angle, clear information from all angles, and is superior in size to similar products on the market.
It is equipped with a 650nm red light source with a long life and a transmitting power of 10mW.
The series can recognize optical modulation frequencies of 270Hz, 330Hz, and 1KHz, with 2KHz as an additional paid function.
Network cable testing can be completed with the RJ45 interface and test module, and this function is available for an additional fee.

OPERATION OF KEYPAD
<
Press this keypad will switch on meter. Press it keep on for 5 seconds will be switch off this meter.
<LIGHT Press this keypad will open backlight or shut off backlight of the LCD.
<LED Press this keypad will open flashlight or shut off flashlight.
<VFL Press this keypad will switch on red light(650nm),press again, the red light will twinkling in 1Hz frequency. press again, the red light will twinkling in 2Hz frequency. Press again will shut off the VFL red light.
<λPress this keypad will change testing wavelength 850,980,1300,1310,1490,1550,1625nm
<WEB Press this keypad will testing network cable. before this operation ,please insert one side plug of the network cable into our meter network interface, and, insert another side plug to our network cable tester. When these are ready, you will find 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 illuminated one by one. if all these figure illuminated ,that mean thisnetwork cable is good, otherwise it means no connected properly. Notice : this function is an option ,user should reserve before shipment, and this option is rechargeable.
<REF Press this keypad will set current power to be a reference power, and the reference power unit will changed to be dBm automatically. after this operation ,the reference power will display at upside of the LCD, its unit is dBm, and the difference value between the current measuring power and reference power will display at bottom side of the LCD, and its unit will be dB. Press UNIT keypad to exit reference measuring function.
<UNIT Press this keypad will change power unit to be dBm ,dB,uW,nW.etc.
